How often will I get this box?

We ship on a month to month basis. Boxes are shipped by the 4th of every month and auto renew on the 11th.  You can choose to pause or cancel your box at anytime for any reason.

What's in the box?

Every box features a unique selection of 6-8 items from beauty, body, jewelry, accessories, delectables and home decor categories. All products are sourced from women owned businesses. Beauty and body products are vegan, organic, and all natural.

How do I order my first box?

Becoming a member is easy! We offer a monthly or annual membership level depending on how long you’d like to commit to your subscription. And if you’re not quite ready to commit to a membership, you can opt-in for our single box option.

What is your shipping schedule and deadline to receive this month's box?

Our current box starts to ship on December 4, 2020. 

What are your Shipping & Billing Policies?

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99. You are automatically re-billed monthly on the 11th  of each month. You can log into your account to see your renewal date at anytime. 

When is my renewal date?

If you purchased a month to month subscription, your subscription will renew on the 11th of the month unless you pause, skip, or cancel your subscription. 

What if I received a damaged item?

We will gladly send you a complimentary replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at contact@etoilebox.com and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 30 days of receipt of the box. Our team will gladly ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP after receiving these photos! We will gladly provide a shipping label for the return.
